This antique carpenter's toolbox was made to last and has been used well. It is 33 inches long by 10 inches wide (give or take a bit since it is not exact). At its height it is 12 inches tall and the inside depth is slightly over 6 inches. The ends are banded with iron and there are remnants of where a leather strap used to be. The inside has an area for containing tools and a divider to keep items separate from the main compartment. This is a one-of-a-kind piece since it is handmade. It is also heavy due to its construction of solid wood. There are some dents, scratches, and cracks from use and time.
This is sold as is - like everything in my shop, this piece has had a long life and, like most of us, did not age in its original pristine condition.
